* WHAT…Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE…Calcasieu River near Glenmora.

* WHEN…Until early Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS…At 12.0 feet, When the river is falling and the gauge
reading is forecast to be near 12 feet, flooding of forested areas
near the river will occur.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 9:45 AM CST Wednesday the stage was 11.9 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise above flood stage
just after midnight tonight to a crest of 12.3 feet tomorrow
evening. It will then fall below flood stage Friday evening.
– Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
