* WHEN…From late tonight to tomorrow evening.

* IMPACTS…At 10.0 feet, Fairgrounds begin to flood at 10 feet.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 9:45 PM EST Wednesday the stage was 8.2 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise above flood stage
late tonight to a crest of 9.7 feet tomorrow morning. It will
then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon.
– Flood stage is 9.5 feet.
