counties, Jefferson, Lewis and Oswego.
* WHEN…Until 1 PM EST this afternoon.
* IMPACTS…Flooding in low lying areas is possible. Flooding due to
ice jams is also possible. The most prone areas for flooding will
be where ice jams typically develop.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– An area of rain moving across the area combined with recent
snow melt will cause levels on rivers and creeks to rise.
Minor flooding is possible in some areas, especially where
ice jams occur. Minor lowland flooding is also possible.
