* WHAT…West winds 15 to 25 knots with gusts up to 30 knots and
waves 2 to 3 feet expected on Lake Moultrie.

* WHERE…Inland Berkeley County.

* WHEN…For the Lake Wind Advisory, until 5 PM EST this afternoon.
For the Frost Advisory, from 1 AM to 8 AM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS…Strong winds and rough waves on Lake Moultrie will
create hazardous conditions for small craft. Frost could harm
sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be
killed if left uncovered.
