expected.

* WHERE…Eastern Mogollon Rim, White Mountains, Navajo Nation, and
the Little Colorado River Valley.

* WHEN…From 8 AM to 7 PM MST Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could snap resulting in a few power outages. Travel will be
difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
