Gunnison and Uncompahgre River Basin. In Utah, Canyonlands/Natural
Bridges and Southeast Utah.

* WHEN…From 8 AM to 7 PM MST Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
