* WHAT…Heavy snow and blowing snow expected. Total snow
accumulations between 6 and 10 inches with locally higher amounts
possible. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE…Dawes County and Northern Sioux County.

* WHEN…From 8 AM Thursday to 11 AM MST Friday.

* IMPACTS…Roads will likely become slick and hazardous. Widespread
blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility and lead to
dangerous travel conditions.
