* WHAT…Heavy snow. Total snow accumulations 2 to 3 feet. Winds
will gust as high as 50 mph on exposed ridgetops and near the
crest.

* WHERE…Ruby Mountains and East Humboldt Range in Elko County.

* WHEN…Until 4 AM PST Friday morning.

* IMPACTS…Travel will be very difficult or nearly impossible. The
hazardous conditions could impact the morning commutes Thursday
and Friday. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.

Rain/snow showers returned to the Yukon Delta Sunday afternoon as the next system arrived. Showers will stretch north to St. Lawrence Island by Monday morning and to the southern Seward Peninsula by noon Monday. Showers are expected to be a messy rain/snow mix, especially in the Yukon Delta and lower Yukon Valley where the mix will be more rain than snow. Neosho River near Parsons affecting Neosho and Labette Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Neosho River near Parsons. * WHEN...Until early Wednesday morning. * IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, Flood waters spread over fields to a distance of 1 and one fourth miles. Several county roads, mainly along the left bank are inundated. Several residents which live along the right bank in the vicinity of Highway 400 may experience water entering their homes at basement levels. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:30 AM CDT Monday
