8 inches possible.

* WHERE…In Nebraska, Box Butte County and Southern Sioux County.
In Wyoming, Goshen County.

* WHEN…From Thursday afternoon through Friday morning.

* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Thursday evening and Friday morning commutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…An initial round of light snow is possible
Thursday morning, before the more possibly more significant round
Thursday evening into Friday morning.
