Winter Weather Advisory issued March 5 at 10:09PM EST until March 6 at 7:00PM EST by NWS Baltimore MD/Washington DC

* WHAT…Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 2 to 5 inches.
Winds gusting as high as 55 mph.

* WHERE…In Maryland, Garrett County. In West Virginia, Western
Grant and Western Pendleton Counties.

* WHEN…Until 7 PM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Thursday morning and evening commutes.
Strong winds could cause tree damage.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Rain will change to snow by midnight. Snow
showers will continue Thursday before diminishing Thursday
evening. The highest accumulations will be above 3000 feet
elevation, where brief whiteout conditions are possible at times
due to the strong winds coupled with falling and blowing snow.
