* WHAT…Snow. Total snow accumulations around 1 inch. Patchy
blowing snow. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE…Portions of Eastern Upper and Northern Lower Michigan.

* WHEN…Until 7 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous, especially with any standing
water expected to freeze. Plan on slippery road conditions. The
hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday morning commute.
Gusty winds may bring down tree branches.
