except 6 to 10 inches above 6000 feet MSL. Winds gusting as high
as 40 mph on Thursday afternoon in the Owyhee Mountains and
southwest Idaho highlands.

* WHERE…Southwest Idaho Highlands, Owyhee Mountains, Camas
Prairie, Southern Twin Falls County.

* WHEN…From 11 PM this evening to 5 AM MST Friday.

* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions.
