inches. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE…East Sweetwater County, Flaming Gorge, and Rock Springs
and Green River.

* WHEN…From 2 PM Thursday to 5 AM MST Friday.

* IMPACTS…Travel could be difficult. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Thursday evening commute. Patchy blowing snow may
lead to significantly reduced visibility.
