AM EST Thursday.
* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Thursday morning commute.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Rain will change to snow tonight, first at
the higher elevations and then descending to the valleys. Any
remaining snow will taper off on Thursday morning. The most likely
locations for travel impacts will be the roadways crossing
sections of Pine and Black Mountains, such as US 421, US 23, US
119, and KY 160.
