Blowing Dust Advisory issued March 7 at 2:25AM MST until March 7 at 7:00PM MST by NWS El Paso Tx/Santa Teresa NM

* WHAT…For the Wind Advisory, southwest winds 25 to 35 mph with
gusts up to 50 mph expected. Visibility between one-quarter and
one-mile in blowing dust expected.

* WHERE…Portions of south central and southwest New Mexico and Far
West Texas.

* WHEN…From 11 AM this morning to 7 PM MST this evening.

* IMPACTS…Hazardous driving conditions due to reduced visibility.
Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could
be blown down and a few power outages may result.
