High Wind Warning issued March 6 at 1:44PM AKST until March 7 at 3:00PM AKST by NWS Juneau AK

* WHAT…Southeast winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 60 mph
expected.

* WHERE…Annette Island.

* WHEN…From 3 AM to 3 PM AKST Friday.

* IMPACTS…High winds will blow around unsecured objects and
may damage property and cause power outages. Travel will be
difficult.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Wind gusts look to start ramping up late
Thursday night, mainly after 3AM. Strongest wind gusts are
expected from 6AM to noon with wind speeds quickly decreasing
Friday afternoon.
