* WHAT…West winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected.

* WHERE…Central Piscataquis, Southern Piscataquis, and Northern
Somerset Counties.

* WHEN…Until 7 PM EST this evening.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
Gusty winds could pick up recent snowfall and reduce visibility in
areas of blowing and drifting snow.
