* WHAT…Heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations between 8 and 16
inches. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph on exposed ridgetops and
along the crest.

* WHERE…Ruby Mountains and East Humboldt Range in Elko County.

* WHEN…Until 4 AM PST Friday morning.

* IMPACTS…Travel will be very difficult. Gusty winds could bring
down tree branches.
