* WHERE…The Wasatch Mountains, Western Uinta Mountains, Wasatch
Plateau/Book Cliffs, Central Mountains, and Southern Mountains.

* WHEN…Until 5 PM MST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS…Winter driving conditions can be expected on all
mountain routes. Traction laws may be enacted.
