* WHAT…Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 5 and
7 inches.

* WHERE…In Oklahoma, Cimarron County. In Texas, Dallam, Hartley,
Moore, and Sherman Counties.

* WHEN…From 6 PM this evening to 9 PM CST Saturday.

* IMPACTS…Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Travel could be very difficult.
The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday evening commute.
