…BAND OF ACCUMULATING SNOWFALL TONIGHT INTO FRIDAY…

.A band of precipitation will spread across portions of central and
northern Iowa tonight. Much of the precipitation is expected to be
snow with some rain on the southern edge of the precipitation
shield. There will be moderate snow accumulations through Friday
afternoon before the snow pushes to the east of the area.

* WHAT…Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 3 and 6
inches.

* WHERE…Portions of central and northern Iowa.

* WHEN…Until 6 PM CST Friday.

* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Friday morning and evening commutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Use caution while shoveling this wet, heavier
snow.
