Special Weather Statement issued March 8 at 4:40AM EST by NWS Baltimore MD/Washington DC

Low humidity and gusty northwest winds will bring a greater risk
of adverse fire behavior and rapid fire spread this afternoon
through early this evening.

Relative humidity values will drop to 20 to 30 percent, with
northwest winds of 12 to 18 mph, gusting 25 to 30 mph.

Please refer to your local burn permitting authorities on whether
you may burn outdoors today. If you do burn, use extreme caution
since fires can increasingly escalate under these conditions.
