and Georgia, including the following areas, Baker, Berrien,
Brooks, Colquitt, Cook, Decatur, Grady, Lanier, Lowndes, Miller,
Mitchell, Seminole and Thomas.
* WHEN…From 5 AM EDT /4 AM CDT/ Sunday through late Sunday night.
* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– Most likely rainfall totals of 2 to 4 inches with localized
higher totals of 5 to 8 inches possible. There is a 1-in-10
chance of reaching or exceeding these higher-end rainfall
totals, which would cause localized flash flooding and rises
on small creeks and streams.
