creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

– Between 1 and 3 inches of rainfall has fallen across the
watch area as of late Sunday morning. Additional rainfall of
around 2 inches is forecast with localized higher totals up
to 4 inches possible. There is a 1-in-10 chance of reaching
or exceeding these higher-end rainfall totals, which would
cause localized flash flooding and rises on small creeks and
streams.
