Western Choctawhatchee Bay…

At 412 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Fort Walton
Liberty Ship Reef, or near Mary Esther, moving east at 25 knots.

HAZARD…Wind gusts 34 knots or greater and large hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
suddenly higher waves. Large hail could result in
structural damage.

Locations impacted include…
West Choctawhatchee Bay, Fort Walton Beach, Highway 331 Bridge,
Shalimar, Fort Walton Liberty Ship Reef, Destin, East Pass At Destin,
East Choctawhatchee Bay, Okaloosa Pier, and Mid Bay Bridge.
