The National Weather Service in Tallahassee has issued a

* Special Marine Warning for…
Coastal waters from Okaloosa-Walton County Line to Mexico Beach out
20 NM…

* Until 545 AM CDT.

* At 412 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Fort Walton
Liberty Ship Reef, or 7 nm south of Fort Walton Beach, moving east
at 30 knots.

HAZARD…Wind gusts 34 knots or greater and large hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Expect wind gusts in excess of 34 knots…large hail
…suddenly higher waves…frequent lightning…and heavy
downpours. Make sure all on board are wearing life
jackets. Large hail could result in injury and damage to
boats and vessels.

Panama City Beach, Laguna Beach, Santa Rosa Beach, Sandestin, and
Miramar Beach.
