* WHAT…West to northwest winds up to 40 mph with gusts up to 60
mph expected.

* WHERE…Southwest and central North Dakota, including the James
River Valley.

* WHEN…Until 10 PM CDT /9 PM MDT/ this evening.

* IMPACTS…The high winds may cause minor damage to roofs, small
outbuildings, and signs. Tree branches may be broken. Travel will
be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
