* WHAT…West to northwest winds up to 40 mph with gusts up to 65
mph expected.

* WHERE…Northwest and parts of north central North Dakota.

* WHEN…From 9 AM CDT /8 AM MDT/ this morning to 7 PM CDT /6 PM
MDT/ this evening.

* IMPACTS…The high winds may damage roofs, small outbuildings, and
signs. Tree branches may be broken and lead to power outages.
Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
