Record warm weather will combine with dry conditions and breezy
winds this afternoon, leading to near critical fire weather
conditions. Southwest winds winds around 15 mph with gusts to 25
mph are forecast this afternoon. Minimum relative humidity values
of 18 to 28 percent are also expected. Together, these conditions
could lead to the rapid spread of fires.
