* WHAT…Northwest winds around 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 45 mph
expected.

* WHERE…Carlton and South and Central St. Louis Counties. This
includes the Tribal Lands of the Bois Forte Band, Lake Vermilion
area and the Fond du Lac Band.

* WHEN…From 9 PM this evening to 4 AM CDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
