Avenal, Los Banos – Dos Palos, West Side Mountains South of 198,
West Side Mountains north of 198, and West Side of Fresno and
Kings Counties.

* WHEN…From Wednesday morning through Thursday evening.

* IMPACTS…Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are possible. Travel could be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles.
