* WHEN…For the Small Craft Advisory, until 5 PM PDT this
afternoon. For the Gale Watch, from Wednesday afternoon
through Wednesday evening.

* IMPACTS…Potentially strong winds may create dangerous sea
conditions which could capsize or damage small and large
vessels.
