* WHAT…Snow expected above 6500 ft. Total snow accumulations
between 3 and 5 inches. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph.

* WHERE…Northern Elko County.

* WHEN…From 11 PM Wednesday to 5 PM PDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Thursday morning and evening commutes.
Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
