* TIMING…In effect from noon until 9 PM CDT (11 AM to 8 PM
MDT).

* WIND…South at 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph.

* HUMIDITY…15 to 20 percent or lower.

* TEMPERATURES…Highs in the mid to upper 70s.

* IMPACTS…any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
