relative humidity will produce critical fire weather conditions
across the entire Tri-State area Thursday. All outdoor burning
should be avoided.
The National Weather Service in Goodland has issued a Red Flag
Warning for wind and low relative humidity, which is in effect
from 11 AM MDT /noon CDT/ to 9 PM MDT /10 PM CDT/ Thursday. The
Fire Weather Watch is no longer in effect.

Willow, 252 Yuma, 253 Kit Carson and 254 Cheyenne.
* TIMING…From 11 AM MDT /noon CDT/ to 9 PM MDT /10 PM CDT/
