* RELATIVE HUMIDITY…As low as 11 percent.

* TEMPERATURES…Up to 81.

* IMPACTS…Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
Outdoor burning is not recommended.

WEATHER…Critical…3 (out of 5).
