Florida State Watch Office Morning Situation Report EOC Activation Level:  Level 2   Meteorological Summary: Another day of mostly dry conditions and mostly clear skies for the Sunshine State today under high pressure (near 0-10% chance of rain). High temperatures in the 80s to low 90s this afternoon; Locally cooler conditions in the upper 70s to low 80s are likely along portions of the East Coast and coastal Florida Panhandle and Keys. Easterly to southeasterly winds will reach near 10-15 mph today with gusts near 15-25 mph . Sensitive to elevated wildfire conditions will persist across much of the state
