Patchy dense fog continues to reduce visibility to around one-
quarter mile in spots along and north of HWY 200 and west of the
Red River Valley this morning. Dense fog has been observed at
Devils Lake, Langdon, and Cooperstown. While there is some
improvement, travelers should be prepared for rapidly
deteriorating visibility, and to use extra caution at
intersections, railroad crossings, and school bus stops. The fog
is expected to improve by mid-day.
