Winter Storm Watch issued March 11 at 9:45PM PDT until March 14 at 12:00PM PDT by NWS San Diego CA

* WHAT…Heavy wet snow possible. Total snow accumulations up to 4
inches possible. Winds could gust as high as 60 mph.

* WHERE…San Diego County Mountains.

* WHEN…From Thursday morning through Friday morning.

* IMPACTS…Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Visibilities may drop below 1/4
mile due to falling and blowing snow. Plan on slippery road
conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday
evening and Friday morning commutes. Strong winds could cause tree
damage.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Heavy rain is possible below the snow level.
