Winter Weather Advisory issued March 11 at 9:30PM MST until March 12 at 11:00AM MST by NWS Flagstaff AZ

* WHAT…For the Winter Weather Advisory above 7000 feet, snow
expected. Total snow accumulations up to 6 inches. For the Winter
Storm Watch above 6000 feet, heavy snow possible. Total snow
accumulations between 3 and 14 inches possible. Winds could gust
as high as 50 mph.

* WHERE…White Mountains.

* WHEN…For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 11 AM MST Wednesday.
For the Winter Storm Watch, from Thursday afternoon through late
Thursday night.

* IMPACTS…Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Travel is not recommended as
heavy snowfall and low visibility will create dangerous driving
conditions. Widespread blowing snow could significantly reduce
visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday
morning and evening commutes. Gusty winds could bring down tree
branches.

Forecast snowfall amounts from midnight MST Wednesday to 11 AM MST

The largest significant waves will be 4 feet with a potential maximum wave height of 5 feet. * WHERE...Outer Saginaw Bay SW of Alabaster to Port Austin MI to Inner Saginaw Bay and Inner Saginaw Bay SW of Point Au Gres to Bay Port MI. * WHEN...The maximum winds are expected around 7 PM EDT Monday with the largest waves expected around 11 AM EDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

The largest significant waves will be 3 feet with a potential maximum wave height of 4 feet. * WHERE...Michigan Waters of Lake Erie from Detroit River to North Cape MI. * WHEN...The maximum winds are expected around 3 PM EDT Monday with the largest waves expected around 3 PM EDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
