Winter Weather Advisory issued March 12 at 2:30AM PDT until March 13 at 12:00PM PDT by NWS Spokane WA

* WHAT…Snow. Additional snow accumulations through Wednesday
morning of 1 to 3 inches, and then an additional 5 to 8 inches
expected for Wednesday night through Thursday morning.

* WHERE…Stehekin, Holden Village, and Stevens Pass.

* WHEN…Until noon PDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Plan on winter travel conditions over Stevens Pass
through Wednesday morning, and then again Wednesday night into
Thursday morning.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Temperatures will warm up Wednesday afternoon
with snow melting on roadways. Cooler temperatures Wednesday night
will then result in more snow accumulating over Stevens Pass
through Thursday morning.

Rain/snow showers returned to the Yukon Delta Sunday afternoon as the next system arrived. Showers will stretch north to St. Lawrence Island by Monday morning and to the southern Seward Peninsula by noon Monday. Showers are expected to be a messy rain/snow mix, especially in the Yukon Delta and lower Yukon Valley where the mix will be more rain than snow. Snow becomes more dominant for areas from Shaktoolik north, but showers will be less frequent there keeping accumulations light. Neosho River near Parsons affecting Neosho and Labette Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Neosho River near Parsons. * WHEN...Until early Wednesday morning. * IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, Flood waters spread over fields to a distance of 1 and one fourth miles. Several county roads, mainly along the left bank are inundated. Several residents which live along the right bank in the vicinity of Highway 400 may experience water entering their homes at basement levels. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:30 AM CDT Monday
