* WINDS…Southwest 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 55 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY…As low as 11 percent.

* TEMPERATURES…73 to 86 degrees.

* IMPACTS…Rapid spread of wildfires is possible due to very
strong southwesterly winds and low relative humidity values.
