* IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

– At 1038 PM PDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges
indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is
ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area.

Oxnard, Thousand Oaks, Simi Valley, Ventura, Camarillo,
Fillmore, Ojai, Chatsworth, Moorpark, Santa Paula, Port
Hueneme, Newbury Park, Rose Valley, Ventura Harbor, Point
Mugu State Park, Point Mugu, Westlake Village, La Conchita,
Rincon Point and Oak Park.
