* WHEN…Until 300 PM MDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 558 PM MDT, emergency management reported minor flooding
due to snow melt from the Rexburg Bench in the advisory area.
Above normal temperatures and rain on Thursday will lead to
continued snowmelt and minor flooding.
