* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE…A portion of Southwest California, including the following
areas, Orange County Coastal Areas, Orange County Inland Areas,
Riverside County Mountains, San Bernardino County Mountains, San
Bernardino and Riverside County Valleys-The Inland Empire, San
Diego County Coastal Areas, San Diego County Mountains, San Diego
County Valleys and Santa Ana Mountains and Foothills.

* WHEN…Through Thursday afternoon.

* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– An atmospheric river will generate moderate to heavy rainfall
tonight through Thursday afternoon. Rainfall rates of 0.50 to
0.75 inch per hour are expected, locally up to one inch per
hour possible in the mountains below the snow level and where
thunderstorms develop. This watch includes the following burn
scars: Bridge, Line, and Airport. The heaviest rainfall for
late tonight through Thursday morning is expected with the
passage of the cold front with another round of locally heavy
rain possible Thursday afternoon with any thunderstorms that
develop.
