possible.

* WHERE…Kiowa, Eastern Las Animas, Bent, Prowers, and Baca
Counties.

* WHEN…From Friday morning through Friday evening.

* IMPACTS…Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines.
Power outages may be possible. Travel could be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles.
