* WHERE…A portion of western Texas.

* WHEN…From Friday morning through Friday evening.

* IMPACTS…Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are possible. Travel could be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles. Gusty winds may blow around
unsecured objects. Damaging winds may topple a few trees and
possibly knock out some power lines. Damage to weaker structures
is also possible.
