The National Weather Service in Norman has issued a Red Flag
Warning for GUSTY WINDS AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY, which is in
effect from 7 AM to 10 PM CDT Friday. The Fire Weather Watch is no
longer in effect.

* WINDS…Southwest 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 60 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY…As low as 15 percent.

* TEMPERATURES…Up to 81.

* IMPACTS…Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
Outdoor burning is not recommended.
