* WHAT…Breaking waves around 6-7 ft, or slightly higher,
resulting in life-threatening rip current.

* WHERE…Northwestern exposed beaches of Culebra, St Thomas and
St. Croix.

* WHEN…Through late Thursday night.

* IMPACTS…Rip currents can sweep even the best swimmers away
from shore into deeper water, where it becomes difficult to
return to safety.
