* WHAT…South winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts to 30 kt, becoming
west 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 32 kt. Seas 8 to 13 ft.

* WHERE…Coastal Waters from San Mateo Point to the Mexican
Border and out to 30 nm and Waters from San Mateo Point to the
Mexican Border Extending 30 to 60 nm out including San
Clemente Island.

* WHEN…Until 7 AM PDT Friday.

* IMPACTS…Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…An abrupt wind shift from south to west
will occur between 4 AM and 8 AM this morning as a front tracks
through the coastal waters. Winds and waves increase again
Friday afternoon and evening in the outer waters, likely
generating hazardous conditions again.
